In 2022, we began hosting Farm To Table Dinners as opportunities to raise funds for our nonprofit farm. At each Farm To Table Dinner, we partner with a local chef to put on a three-course meal with locally-sourced ingredients. Strung lights, live music, community, and good food come together to make for a magical evening. Our next dinner will be held in Fall, 2024, and - if anything like our last events - is bound to be a special gathering with a positive impact.

Check out the gallery below for a peek into our Spring 2023 Farm To Table Dinner. Held at the Gainesville Giving Garden, head chef and owner of local restaurant, Paramount Grill, donated his time and resources to craft a beautiful meal for 70 attendees. Ingredients came straight from our friends at Nicoya Farm, arriving upon guests’ dinner plates soon after harvest for the freshest, local taste. Attendees enjoyed the evening, knowing that their ticket purchase supported our efforts to enable food access to those who are food insecure in our community.
